Unless explicitly stated, the Platform architecture, code databases, custom designs, logo configurations (including signature brand elements), system code structures, and visual content formats are the exclusive property of TerraBite and are protected by global copyright and intellectual property protections.
5. Prohibited Users & Conduct
You explicitly agree not to perform unauthorized system automated scraping, data extraction pipelines, or launch denial or overload events against our application's hosting environments, cloud configurations, or database pipelines.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The TerraBite Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" operational baseline. We make no commitments, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of third-party integration modules, uninterrupted server uptime, or absence of localized bugs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable statutory laws, TerraBite, its developers, or associated platform operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business revenue, or system-level connection disruptions arising out of your access or inability to access our application layers.
